Outline
PVD-T Series are the Switching DC power Supply with variable outputs which has wider operation range of Constant Voltage (CV), Constant Current (CC) and Constant Power (CP) outputs. This Series features “Zero volt soft switching” for high efficiency and lower noise performance and it has equipped with an Active Power Factor Correction (PFC) with its power factor of 0.95 (typical value) for low harmonic current generation.
As for function features, PVD-T Series offers an analog remote control function, extensive self-protection, output/status monitoring function, and also offers ten different test programs (each with up to 99 voltage level steps per program) can be set and stored from the front panel by output sequence function. Furthermore, by adding the optional GPIB card, it can be expanded up to 5 units (master 1 unit + slave 4 units) for the same model in parallel that are controlled from a master unit by CAN bus communications link.
Featuring of its low-profile design (approx. 130mm for 6KW model/260mm for 12KW model with perfectly suited in the 19inch rack size. This enables space saving as well as efficient use of rack space. The PVD-T Series are recommendable to be used for the aging test of semiconductors, capacitors, electronic devices such as PDP, or it can be used for as a power unit of measurement/control systems.
